Right after the dramatic end of Urotsukidoji III, the survivors of the Azuma kingdom's genocide set out on a journey in a futuristic tank, heading towards Osaka. Their mission? To confront the Overfiend and face their destinies head-on. But the road to Osaka is anything but straightforward. Along the way, they encounter a bizarre civilization where the unimaginable happens: children cruelly dominate the adults. It's up to Amano Jyaku to rescue his friends from this nightmarish realm and its malevolent ruler, Ellis.
Just when things couldn't get more intense, Yoenhime, the sister of Sui Kaka Ju, calls upon Munhihausen. With his help, she transforms into the fearsome Yoenki, finally gaining the power she needs to seek vengeance on Amano for her brother's death.
