Iori and Kokoha are chasing their dreams as the up-and-coming idol duo "StellaResta." After nailing their latest live performance, they were all set to celebrate with their manager Wataru, but the party was cut short by some shocking news.

When Iori found out about Kokoha's scandalous involvement with Matsunami, she was furious. In a fit of rage, she stormed into the office of the weekly magazine that broke the story. Things took a dark turn when someone there offered her a drink spiked with drugs.

It turns out, the whole thing was a trap set by their producer, Kurotsuka. His sinister plan sends Iori spiraling into a nightmarish whirlwind of climaxes that she can't escape.
