Sex Tune Reco and the Kewl Tunes (HMV)

Scene Data by: Scratch-Key Character Card by: Washi630 This one was a bit awkward for me to land on because I wasn't sure if I wanted it to be a Kewl Tune Reco/Killer Tune Reco solo or if I wanted all the Killer Tunes together like I did Charmers or if I wanted it to be a Reco focus HMV which features all the other Killer Tunes which I landed on the ladder. I also didn't wanted it to be a Reco video but have a RS one if I could of but as of now it's only the main deck that has cards (also Rotary doesn't feature because that card also hasn't been made yet which I did want to wait for but I don't know when and if it'll be available for public). Regardless I'm not unlikely to come back to make an HMV for Cue, Mix and Clip someday.
