Inspired by the game from Lune TeamBitters, this story follows Seiji, a guy stuck in the world of part-time jobs. He's been in a loving relationship with Ai for two years and is seriously considering popping the question. But life throws a wrench in his plans when he gets into a traffic accident and ends up with a broken leg, landing him in the hospital. Ai promises to visit him every day, her smile offering comfort amidst his pain. However, as Seiji's hospital stay drags on, he notices a shift in their relationship. The dynamics start to change, influenced by a cast of characters who enter their lives. There's the real estate broker who caused the accident, a roommate in the hospital, a charming doctor treating him, a colleague from his job, and even a nurse who turns out to be his ex-girlfriend. Each of these individuals brings new challenges and temptations into Seiji and Ai's relationship. As these various figures weave in and out of their lives, the question remains: Can Seiji and Ai navigate these turbulent waters and hold onto what they have, or will their bond be irreparably altered?
