Right after the dramatic end of Urotsukidoji III, the surviving members of the Azuma kingdom's devastating genocide set off on a journey in a futuristic tank, headed towards Osaka. Their mission? To confront the Overfiend and seal their fates once and for all. But the road to Osaka is anything but ordinary.
