Based on the game by Black Lilith, this episode follows Igawa Asagi, a seasoned Shinobi who believed she could finally enjoy some peace after vanquishing her long-time nemesis. However, her hopes are shattered when her enemy is resurrected through a dark pact with the city's head demon, driven by a thirst for vengeance against Asagi. Swearing to make her suffer, the revived foe targets those closest to Asagi—her boyfriend and her sister, who is also a Shinobi. As the sinister plot unfolds, Asagi, her boyfriend, and her sister find themselves entangled in a harrowing ordeal, subjected to both emotional and sexual abuse.
