Gimmick, the enigmatic leader of the clandestine group known as "Black Widow," is plotting to sabotage the Megaro Earth Project. To counter his sinister plans, a special anti-terrorism unit, headed by the skilled lady sniper known as "EL," has been assembled. EL occasionally lends her aid to the beautiful and resourceful Parsley, who survived a vicious attack by the Black Widows. In a twist of fate, Parsley tries to manipulate EL after a night of heavy drinking at "Club 1991."
