Based on the adult game by Front Wing, this episode follows Otonashi Meimi as she walks alone through a deserted park. Out of nowhere, the demon Rococo appears and unleashes her Eternal Arm attack on Meimi, aiming to extract the power of Misty Mei from her body.
Meanwhile, over at Naoto's place, his stepsister Hikari, who's been studying abroad, makes a surprise return home. She enrolls in the same school as Naoto, which stirs a bit of worry in Rika, Naoto's lover.
In a passionate moment, Naoto confesses to Rika, "I love you the most in the world," and they share an intimate encounter in the school nurse's office. But their moment is cut short when Misty Mei appears and whisks Rika away. Just when things couldn't get more complicated, the angel Luvriel shows up, informing Naoto that he must now have sex with Hikari. This, she claims, is the only way to bring forth a new Jibril who can rescue Rika.
