Youhei enjoys a tranquil life with his mother Kaho and his cousin Fumika. But one day, Kaho drops a bombshell: she's not his biological mother. This revelation sends Youhei into a spiral of depression, but Kaho reassures him that he can stay with her and Fumika, whom he's always seen as a sister, and continue their life as usual. Just as he starts to adjust to this new reality, a woman named Ikue, who claims to be the younger sister of Youhei's birth mother, moves in next door. She insists that Youhei come live with her. Amidst his confusion, Kaho, Fumika, and Ikue each try to sway Youhei's decision by using their seductive, voluptuous bodies to entice him.
