The Literary Club is on the brink of being shut down due to a lack of members. They need at least three people to keep it going by the deadline. Shiori Sakura, the club's president, narrowly saves the club from closure by recruiting three students who mistakenly wandered into the club room thinking it was empty. Initially, Shiori teases them with lewd words and a suggestive book, but things quickly spiral out of control. What starts as playful banter escalates into direct sexual harassment, culminating in Shiori forcibly violating one of the students.
As the situation intensifies, the other two students enter the room. Rather than intervening, they join in, and together, the trio engages in explicit acts. The entire ordeal is captured in photos and videos, leaving the victims unable to resist their new reality. Under the guise of the Literature Club, the three continue to use the victims as their personal playthings.
Meanwhile, a new first-year student, Makoto Niijima, joins the club, completely unaware of the sinister activities taking place.
