Meet Murakoshi Shinta, a student who's been hiding his wild delusions while trudging through a rather dull and gloomy life. But things take a bizarre turn when a tentacled alien parasite decides to take up residence in his penis. Talk about an unexpected guest! Feeling understandably freaked out, Murakoshi tries to reason with the alien, pointing out the obvious issue of walking around with his groin exposed. But the alien, ever the confident one, reassures him that no one will even notice thanks to its mind-clouding abilities.
