As summer vacation kicked off, childhood friends Jinno Naoto and Manabe Rika finally admitted their long-held feelings for each other and started dating. Enter Otonashi Meimi, Naoto's classmate, who stumbled upon Naoto confessing his love to Rika and was consumed by jealousy. Seizing the opportunity, Asmodeus possessed Meimi, transforming her into the sinister Misty and setting her against Rika once more. But Luvriel wasn't about to let Rika face this alone; she empowered Rika, turning her into the celestial warrior Sei Tenshi Djibril to battle the darkness threatening their world.
